Returns & refunds

Right to cancel (14 days). If you are a consumer buying online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, email infosilkplasteruk@gmail.com with your order number. You must send the goods back to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.

How to return goods

1

Email us at infosilkplasteruk@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return.

2

Return address: Silk Plaster UK Ltd, 5 Cardinal Close, Lincoln, LN2 4SY.

3

Pack the goods securely and keep proof of postage. Please use a tracked service: you are responsible for the goods until they reach us. The customer pays the cost of returning the goods.

Condition of goods

Goods must be returned unopened, unused and in the original packaging so that we can resell them. Opened or mixed products cannot be returned. We may reduce the refund if goods have been opened or used beyond what is needed to inspect them, as the law allows.

Refunds

We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge you paid within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of receiving proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier). Refunds are made to the original payment method. We cannot refund the extra cost if you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard option.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If your goods arrive faulty, damaged or not as described, you have legal rights and we will repair, replace or refund as required by law. Please contact us at infosilkplasteruk@gmail.com within 3 working days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the packaging and products.

Colour and batches

Colours may look different on screens and in different lighting; please check colours against a sample before ordering. Production batches can differ slightly in shade, so for larger projects order enough product for the whole area in one order.
